Cybertime Computers

Cybertime Computers is operated from my home office near Home Depot here in The Dalles,Ore. I currently work from appointments so I can schedule the rest of my business's to work around taking care of computers.

I repair software issues, hardware issues, virus's and computer related issues. I am not opposed to building a new computer or doing upgrades, I don't mark up parts price unless I have to use my money to purchase the items, most of the time I can take the customer to the web or send them to the store for parts and we use their money for parts then I just charge for my time.

I charge a flat rate for most repairs of $99 in my home office and $100 an hour for on site jobs. I am fairly firm with my price but I am also reasonable with small jobs that don't take that long, then I charge accordingly. I have been known to barter from time to time but the bills still come in so I can not be as lenient with the bartering unless it is something I can resale to make my desired amount.

I do not want to work on computers after 5 PM or on the weekends but again there are times we just have to do it.

My desired hours for computer repair is Monday thru Friday from 10A.M. to 5P.M.
